To apply for the workshop please send a ONE PAGE proposal for a doc/factual project and a CV to Criona Sexton at criona.sexton@fas.ie You can attend either as a pitcher with project, or as an observer. All projects which are submitted by the deadline of FRIDAY 18th NOVEMBER will be considered and those which are selected to pitch will be notified in advance of the workshop.

Following the success in Galway in June, the Engine Room Pitch Workshop will be coming to Cork for the first time in November. The Engine Room Pitch Workshop is a unique 2 day project development and pitching experience for documentary/factual filmmakers and producers seeking Irish and international commissions and market intelligence. It is also an exceptional networking opportunity. Created by leading international pitch trainer Christina Burnett of Wide Eye Pictures, the format has been successful in the UK, Brazil and Abu Dhabi. This year’s BBC Storyville/Sundance hit Knuckle, Tanya Doyle’s multi-awarded The House and the IFB funded Showrunners, and A Childish Place were all developed through an ERPW.
