Scene 15 is a Youth Film Festival taking place in Waterford City from the Tues, 30th Nov to Thurs, 2nd Dec. The 5 Award Categories are Best Fiction, Best Comedy, Audience Award, Made in Waterford Award, and Best Documentary.

Closing date for application forms is Monday, 8th November. Application forms can be downloaded from the website www.waterfordyoutharts.com and sent to our offices with the film/s enclosed to Scene 15, The Arch, Barrack St, Waterford.
