Background information
Moving Image Cork was founded in May 2010 by Moira O'Brien LIPF.
Moving Image Cork is a members club for filmmakers giving an outlet to all those with an interest in creative video, documentary and short filmmaking.
We know there is a large pool of talent in Munster and we offer an opportunity for co-operation and the exchange of ideas and support. The club is an excellent way for amateurs and semi-professionals alike to develop their skills.
We welcome all those who have an interest in filmmaking using both traditional equipment as well as the newer HD-DSLR's cameras such as the Canons 5DMk2, 7D and 550D and the other HD video enabled cameras now coming onto the market.
New members are always welcome and no experience is necessary.
